We want you to love your Oh Polly items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals still attached.

Choose your preferred return method and indicate whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and download your pre-paid shipping label or QR code from the portal.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
